Jamie is the driving force behind the hugely successful Fungi Delecti.
In 1992 at the age of 16 he started offering his father’s home grown Shii-Take mushrooms to local chefs, Now 25 years later Fungi Delecti boast a range of over 1700 product lines and are relied upon by over 220 local caterers. He sources food locally and from around the world, What he can’t find the company grow on their 18 ache farm on the north coast of Jersey.
He is passionate about food safety, local produce and has a reputation for excellence. He can normally be found behind a desk but is happiest in the fridges alongside his 30 strong team.
